Delivery & Enterprise User Agreement

The workbook includes a 12-month Enterprise License for JaiAI capabilities. Upon payment, users receive a secure Box link to download the workbook within 24 hours. The workbook remains fully functional after license expiration; however, JaiAI automation features require renewal.

Enterprise User Agreement: JaiAI Workbook Capabilities
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for use of the protected JaiAI capabilities within this Excel workbook, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensed Software.”

1. LICENSE GRANT AND TERM

   • Grant: A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use JaiAI features embedded within this Licensed Software, assigned to the End-User identified on the “JaiAI” tab.

   • License Term: Valid for twelve (12) months from the activation date.

   • Updates and Releases: Access to all updates, new releases, or enhanced versions during the license term.

2. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES

   • Permitted Use: Internal business purposes only; software provided “as is.”

   • No External Sharing: Prohibited from sharing, distributing, sublicensing, or transferring the Licensed Software or JaiAI capabilities outside the licensed entity.

   • No Reverse Engineering: End-User may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover underlying source code.

3. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

   • Retention of Ownership: JaiAI capabilities and the underlying protected code are the exclusive property of Jai Solutions LLC. This license grants use, not ownership transfer.

   • Copyright: Copyright © 2025 Jai Solutions LLC; protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

4. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE

   • Feature Expiration: JaiAI capabilities become inaccessible after twelve (12) months.

   • Continued Use: Other workbook functionality remains fully active and usable after license expiration.

By using the JaiAI capabilities, the End-User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Enterprise User Agreement.
